In the summer of 2003 we completed work on a short film score called Palos. Whilst in Prague recording the score for Lego Bionicle, we took the opportunity to record a 29 piece string section for the main musical cues of the film, with the rest of the instrumentation being recorded in Cambridge later on. On completion of the final dubbing mix (dialogue, music and sound effects,) the score was entered into a short film competition held in Zaragoza, Spain where it won Best Soundtrack.
